    4. Permitting & Preparation
      If permits or engineering are needed, we handle the paperwork, coordinate with professionals, and keep you informed every step of the way.

    5. Build & Fabrication
      Our in-house team and trusted subcontractors bring your vision to life with expert craftsmanship. We manage the entire construction process, maintain open communication, and minimize disruption to your daily routine.

    6. Walkthrough & Completion
      Upon completion, we conduct a detailed walkthrough with you to ensure everything meets your expectations. We also provide a 1-year craftsmanship warranty for peace of mind.

  • At 7 Shax, we have a fully equipped in-house fabrication shop that allows us to create custom solutions for even the most challenging spaces. Our capabilities include:

    • Woodworking: Custom cabinetry, built-ins, and specialty millwork

    • Metal Fabrication: Sheet bending up to 48 inches, custom metalwork for structural and decorative elements

    • CNC Machining: A 5’x10’ CNC table (in progress) for precision cutting of wood and metal, as well as laser and plasma work

    • 3D Printing: Coming soon—advanced 3D printing for prototyping and creating unique design elements

    • Sheet Goods & Panel Work: Expert handling of plywood, MDF, and specialty panels for efficient, high-quality builds
